Register online at premierathleticevents.com (Limited to 80 athletes for each division): $25

Spectators: $5

Lifts/Events: Bench Press and Clean & Jerk (for combined total); Snatch (separate lift)

Divisions (FL HS Weight Classes): HS Girls & HS Boys & Open 

Weigh Ins: 9-10am (must weigh-in in singlets) 

Platforms Open for Warm Up: 10:00am

Lifting Begins: 10:30

All participants must show current AAU membership at weigh-ins (play.aausports.org)

As stated above, all athletes must weigh-in wearing a singlet. Athletes must also compete in singlets.

Awards: 1st—3rd place for each weight class

Tournament format may adjust to 2 flights if tournament entries exceed 100. A notification would be given 48 hours in advance. Males would then compete in the second flight and in result a later weigh –in time will be offered

Mask are strongly encouraged for all lifters and spectators. Lifters may remove mask during attempts but not during warm ups. All rules and commands (roll ups, lock outs, belts, jewelry, etc.) will be strictly enforced during lifts. Athletes will be allowed a max of 3 weigh ins. If an athlete does not make weight, the cost to re-register and bump up a weight class is $5. Enjoy your offseason, do not cut a lot of weight!
